Trefor

The overcast light which so often seems to pervade North Wales need not necessarily mean that a photographer should pack his kit up and head for home. These boulders on the beach at Trefor are softened by the overcast light, much in the same way as they have been smoothed and rounded by the constant action of the sea.

With this image, I hope to have captured the ebb and flow of the tide, and a sense of the perpetual motion of the boulders which lie on the beach and never rest.
